What we collect

• Account information: your email address and display name.
• Payment information: order, payment, and donation records (amount, status, and identifiers issued by Razorpay). We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details — payments are processed directly by Razorpay.
• Playback and device information: a device identifier stored in your browser and session data used to enforce ticket access limits (up to three registered devices, one active stream at a time per ticket), and the browser user agent for that session.
• Advertising and careers enquiries you submit are sent directly to us over WhatsApp; we do not store them on our servers separately from that conversation.
• Support requests you send us directly, such as over WhatsApp or phone.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, verify ticket and donation payments, authorize live playback for paid events, prevent unauthorized account sharing, process refunds when applicable, and respond to support, advertising, and careers enquiries.

Who we share it with

We share payment details with Razorpay to process transactions, and stream identifiers with our streaming provider (Cloudflare Stream) to authorize playback. Our systems are hosted on Supabase infrastructure. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers or sponsors — sponsor placements shown during a stream are not targeted using your personal data.

Data retention

We retain account, order, and payment records for as long as your account is active and as required by Indian tax and accounting law thereafter. Playback session and device records are retained only as long as needed to enforce ticket access limits.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by contacting our grievance officer using the details on our contact page. Ticket, donation, and payment records may be retained as required for accounting and legal compliance even after an account deletion request.
