Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or transacting with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to create an account or make a payment on StageNow.

Tickets

A ticket grants one account access to the live stream of the specific event purchased, for the duration stated on the event page. Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold. Access is limited to three registered devices per ticket, with only one device able to stream at a time.

Payments, refunds, and donations

Payments are processed by Razorpay in Indian Rupees. If StageNow or the organizer cancels an event, ticket holders will be refunded to their original payment method. Refunds are not provided for missed events, technical issues on the viewer's side, or after the event has taken place, except where required by law. Donations made through StageNow are voluntary and non-refundable, except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You may not record, redistribute, rebroadcast, or publicly display any StageNow stream, or attempt to circumvent device or account access limits. We may suspend access for accounts found sharing tickets or violating these terms.

Sponsor content

Some live streams display sponsor placements arranged directly by StageNow. Sponsor placement, content, and duration are at StageNow's sole discretion. StageNow does not endorse the products or services of any sponsor beyond making the placement available.

Availability

Live streaming depends on the organizer's venue connectivity and equipment. While we take reasonable steps to ensure reliable delivery, StageNow does not guarantee uninterrupted playback and is not liable for losses arising from stream interruptions outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, StageNow's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the ticket or donation giving rise to the claim. StageNow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of StageNow after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of StageNow is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
